Greetings from the GreatLand, Alaska!!! I am fortunate to be one of the rarely found, lifelong Alaskans! Born and raised in Anchorage and a resident of Wasilla since 2006, I am familiar with the ever growing and evolving community of the Alaskan people. As far as I can remember, I have always loved houses! I would draw houses and floor plans of massive houses that could hold all my family and friends! Eventually I set my sights on being an architect but there weren’t any local college programs and AutoCAD was a new thing that I thought was beneath me, LOL!!! I would drive all over Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley, just to look at the houses, the neighborhoods and visit new construction sites and walk through the structures envisioning the finished product! This eventually led to me sharing my passion of home ownership with my children, and my love of looking over the city at night from the top of Stuckagain Heights! I have many years’ experience in and around the lending and real estate industry, mass appraisal, business ownership, excellent customer service, work ethic, dedication and a commitment to working smart, listening and follow through. I provide a quality service by building relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson & Transaction Coordinator, I have successfully run 35 to 50 transactions at a time! As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I have closed well over 1500 transactions, and I know how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction. I love meeting new people and assisting them to achieve their dreams of home ownership and financial independence through real estate investing, thereby creating a passive income stream! In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am proudest of the family that my dearly departed husband, Andrew and I created. Our blessings include: 5 adult children, 3 grandchildren and our grand-niece and grand-nephew! We were blessed with a successfully blended, extended family and we love, laugh, cry and play hard! Singing, dancing, bowling, softball, playing board, card games, dominoes and genealogy research are some of my favorite activities but to tell the truth, I just really cherish spending quality time with my family and friends and watching them grow and navigate this story called life!
