About Teresa Stutes
I am a lifelong resident of Alaska, who is proud to call Kodiak home. I was fortunate to raise my children here and am now blessed to watch my wonderful grandchildren experience the same adventurous life. I spent my early childhood in Cordova with my family where fishing was our livelihood. Later we moved to Kodiak, just before the historic earthquake that shook Alaska to its core. While raising my children in Kodiak, I began to grow my business roots when I established my own retail store. After years of successfully running my own business, kodiak began to change and grow and I felt it was time to transition into my love of real-estate. As an experienced real estate agent with many years under my belt, I pride myself in offering my clients exceptional customer service, experience real estate advise, and an abundance of local and remote knowledge. I am ready to show you how much Kodiak has to offer and to assist you in making your real estate dreams a reality.
